Coverage Design Document
Produced after the site survey, approved before installation. Annotated site map, camera positions, fields of view, cable routes, and equipment list. The client signs off on 100% coverage before a single cable is pulled.
As-Built System Record
Produced at handover. Every camera labelled and located on the as-built map, cable schedule, NVR configuration, equipment serial numbers, and access credentials. Reflects exactly what was installed — not just what was planned.
Living System Register
Maintained throughout the monitoring and maintenance agreement. Updated when cameras are added, replaced, or repositioned. Maintenance visits and incidents logged with dates and outcomes. Always current. Always yours.
